We accept payments in cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards.
We accept most insurance plans, and gladly file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. Usually insurance does not cover all charges for services rendered. If you have insurance, estimated co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.
Please notify us of any changes in your insurance each time you visit us. We encourage you to bring your benefits booklet with you on your visit so that we can assist you in understanding your benefits. Feel free to call our office if you have questions.
Our fees are well within the norm for this area, and represent appropriate charges for the quality of care received. Often, insurance companies do not base their payments on the fees of our office, but by a predetermined fee schedule set by the company. This fee is lower than the customary fee in our area, and will result in you (the patient) having a larger personal obligation. We are not contracted with any insurance company, but we will try and help you maximize your benefits.
